Modern high-tech tanning beds and a wide range of skin care products. Many people don’t realize, until they experience it first hand, that indoor tanning is a very energizing and relaxing experience. One of the reasons people come to Sol’ Exotica is for a relaxing ’get away’ and great tanning experience. Now let’s walk through your experience…When you come in for your first appointment, a Sol’ Exotica Tanning Salon staff member will ask you to fill out a consent form. This information will consist of your general information, as well as information regarding your skin type. This will assist our staff in choosing the optimum tanning time, bed type and tanning schedule that’s right for you.

| Your Sol’ Exotica Tanning Salonstaff member will then take you on a tour of the rooms, explain the tanning process and show you how to use the tanning bed. Our staff are well trained, please feel free to ask questions about your skin, how your skin tans or any other related questions. Our staff are there to ensure your experience is a positive one.
A Sol’ Exotica Tanning Salon staff member will then make sure you are equipped with the following:
Protective Eyewear - your eyes have almost no protection against UV rays. Therefore, at Sol’ Exotica, your own protective eyewear is mandatory.
Indoor Tanning Lotion - our skin will tan better when it is moisturized. Tanning lotion is specially formulated to produce a better result than tanning without it. These can be purchased once you arrive in sample or regular sizes.
Towel - we provide a towel for your convenience to use after your tan or to cover up areas not normally exposed to UV light
Once you are comfortable with all of the information provided, your Sol’ Exotica staff member will leave you alone in the room and give you 4 minutes to remove your clothing, apply your lotion, and get into the tanning bed. The time is controlled from the lobby. If you would like more time to prepare, please ask the staff to provide you with additional time. Your bed will start automatically.
Music will be provided in each room for your listening pleasure.
Once you are ready, lie down in the bed, be sure you have your protective eyewear on, pull the canopy of the bed down toward you and relax. Some tanners fall asleep, some listen to music, some use this alone time to organize the rest of their day! Once your session is over, your bed will shut off automatically. Towel off, get dressed and continue your day feeling much better and more energized than ever.
