| Since The Niblick Pub opened its doors in the spring of 2003 it was an instant hit within the community. The Niblick is a cross between Cheers and The Rovers Return. Proprietor, Jim Service and his staff, many of whom have been here since the beginning, welcome everyone like they’re old friends. The fare is traditional British Pub food with an international flavour. The Soup of the Day is homemade, often unusual and always delicious. A British Breakfast with all of the trimmings is available on weekends and holidays. The Niblick offers a daily lunch special as well as evening specials including curry, Tuesday trivia night, Monday poker night, Annual Robbie Burns day celebration January 25th, St. Patrick’s Day March 17th, Super bowl Sunday, hockey, soccer, baseball and Olympics. Sunday afternoon Euchre. Attention all non profit and charity organizations, The Niblick is always willing to lend a hand with fund raisers.
